Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable if the order is cancelled within 48 hours of delivery.

Restocking Fee
A $25 restocking fee will be deducted from any eligible refund when equipment has been prepared for a rental or class and is not used.

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
